Ottoman Pomegranate Sherbet Recipe ​This is a very old and famous drink from the Ottoman palaces. It is sweet, healthy, and has a beautiful red color! ​🛒 Ingredients ​2 large pomegranates (Only the seeds) ​1 cup of sugar (You can use less if you want) ​1 lemon's juice ​1 cinnamon stick ​5 cups of water ​👩‍🍳 How to Make It? ​Prepare the Pomegranates: Peel the pomegranates and put the seeds in a bowl. Crush the seeds with a spoon or use a strainer to get the pomegranate juice. ​Mix: Put the pomegranate juice, water, and sugar into a pot. Stir until the sugar dissolves. ​Add Flavors: Add the cinnamon stick and the cloves. These will make your drink smell wonderful! ​Cook: Put the pot on the stove. Heat it until it starts to boil. SHERBET RECIPE Ingredients : -Water -Sugar -Orange -Lemon -Cinnamon -Cloves Instructions : Put 2 liters of water in a pot. Then add 1 cup of sugar and wait for the water to boil. Add cinnamon and cloves. Then add orange and lemon and wait for it to boil. After boiling, add the lemon and the sherbet is ready. Enjoy!
